Does your price include VAT and travel expenses?
Our prices always include travel expenses. Our package costs also cover a high quality PA suitable for up to 150 guests. Please let us know if your event is on the larger side. We do not charge VAT.

Do I need to pay a deposit?
We require a minimum deposit of 40% to secure the duo for the date. A booking contract will also be sent out to you so please make sure you sign and send it back to us along with your deposit. Please note that the deposit is non refundable.

How long will you play for?
All of our packages come with a standard 2x45 minute sets. However if you would like us to play either more or less please just let us know and we'll be happy to quote you.

Can you play background music in between your sets?
Yes we can provide background or party music in between our sets. You can also bring your own iPad/Phone to plug in if you prefer. Please note that DJ music after our performance is charged at an additional charge.

How far do you travel?
Karizma are based in Surrey and travel mainly to the South-East of England, including London, Hampshire, Berkshire, Kent and Essex.

What if I have to cancel?
In the event of a cancellation the following applies:

- If you cancel a booking within 48 hours of confirming it, as long as you didn't book within 7 days of the event, you pay no cancellation fees.
- If you cancel within 90 days of your event then 50% of the remaining balance is due.
- If you cancel within 60 days of your event then 100% of the remaining balance is due.
How much space will the band need?
Each line-up will require a different minimum space. Please find a rough guideline to minimum space required below.

- Acoustic Duo: 3m wide x 2m deep
- Acoustic Trio: 4m wide x 2.5m deep
- 4 Piece Band: 4m wide x 3m deep
How long will you take to set-up?
We require 45 minutes to set-up the duo/trio. However this may increase if we have restricted access to the performance area (such as stairs, lifts etc.). Please be aware that the duo will need to perform a 'sound-check' during which we will establish the right volume for the room. If you require the duo to be set up before your guests arrive we may be able to provide this at an extra charge.
